About New Tech
New Tech is a Christian, family-owned business based in DeLand, Florida. Our mission is simple: to help as many people as possible feel confident and capable with everyday technology.
Our story
We created New Tech for the people we know and care about, and for everyone like them: parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors who want technology to feel a little easier. We wanted one trusted place that works like a well-stocked toolbox for daily life, together with an arcade that is free of advertising.
Our faith shapes how we work. We aim to treat every visitor with patience, honesty and respect. Everyone is welcome here, whatever your background or beliefs.
What we offer
- Tools for everyday tasks, such as checking whether a message is a scam, reading text aloud and translating.
- The AI Agent, which answers technology questions with clear, step-by-step guidance in plain language, free of charge.
- An ad-free Arcade of classic and new games that anyone can play for free.
- Learning games for children that build early reading, numbers and time-telling skills.
- VIP membership for members who would like personal help from a real person, including phone callbacks.
How New Tech is supported
The core of New Tech is free for everyone, and we do not show advertising. Our work is funded by people who choose to support it through an optional VIP membership, Diamonds for optional extras in our games, New Tech merchandise, and donations. Every contribution helps us build more tools and games that make daily life easier.
