Receipts and contact
We email a receipt for every purchase and donation, and a shipping notice with tracking when your order ships. Questions about an order, a cancellation or these terms: hello@newtechfamily.com.
Orders and shipping
We ship merch within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $7.99, free on orders of $100 or more after discounts, and always free for Gold and Platinum members.
Sales tax
We collect Florida sales tax on merch shipped to a Florida address: the 6% state rate plus the discretionary sales surtax of the Florida county where the order is delivered (for example, Orange County is 6.5% in total). The county is filled in from your ZIP code and you can change it if your ZIP covers more than one county. Under Florida law our shipping charge is part of the taxable price, so tax applies to merch plus shipping, after member and reward-point discounts. The tax is shown as its own line before you pay and on your receipt. Orders shipped outside Florida are not charged sales tax by us at this time; you may owe use tax to your state. Diamonds, New Tech VIP memberships and donations are not charged sales tax.
All merch sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right. See Refunds & cancellations.
New Tech VIP
VIP renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your Account page or by contacting us; we will stop the next renewal. Monthly members keep VIP until the end of their current 30-day period; yearly members keep VIP until the end of their paid year. VIP and Diamonds need a free account.
Refunds & cancellations
All sales are final
All purchases from New Tech are final. This includes VIP memberships, Diamonds, merchandise and donations. We do not offer refunds, except where the law requires them.
Cancel at any time
You may cancel your VIP membership at any time from your Account page or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Monthly members keep VIP until the end of their current 30-day period; yearly members keep VIP until the end of their paid year.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us and we will make it right.
Reward points
If an order is ever refunded, for example as part of making a damaged or incorrect order right, the reward points it earned are removed and any points you used are returned.

Accounts
Keep your password private. We may close accounts used to cheat on leaderboards or abuse rewards. Reward points and Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
Free games
Games are free to play. No purchase necessary. Game points come only from finishing games, are capped each day, and have no cash value. There is no wagering, entry fee or cash prize.
Diamonds
Diamonds are an optional virtual item bought in packs (300 for $2.99, 550 for $4.99, 1,200 for $9.99, 2,500 for $19.99, 6,500 for $49.99; VIP members get 10% extra). Diamonds can only be spent on cosmetics (themes, card backs, outfits), boosts and hints. They cannot be exchanged for money, points, prizes or real goods, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable except where the law requires. Games played with a boost or a continue are not ranked on leaderboards. Diamonds and Game points are separate: you cannot buy Game points.
Credits
Some games use 3D graphics by three.js (MIT license).
