How to play

Find each picture and its word. Picture cards have a star on the back; word cards say Aa.

• Every card you flip is spoken in the language you chose. A match also says the English word.
• Pick a language: Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, German, Italian or Portuguese. Mandarin shows pinyin with tone marks.
• Grown-ups can choose 2, 3, 4 or 6 pairs.

For grown-ups: this device does not seem to have a voice for the chosen language, so words may be read in an English voice or not at all. The written word still shows on screen. You can usually add language voices in your phone or computer settings under Accessibility or Speech.

For grown-ups: free to play, with no timers, no scores to lose, no ads and no purchases. Tap Sound off for quiet play. Portuguese uses Brazilian words and Mandarin uses simplified characters with pinyin.
