Your information

How your information is used.
A request you control.

This form sends your details to Andrew Nelson for review and a response about your Florida life-insurance, annuity, or professional referral inquiry.

What is saved

Your name, contact details, Florida city, chosen topic, optional life stage, business details if supplied, selected contact method, submission time, and the permission wording you accepted. We do not request financial or health information or children’s personal details.

For abuse prevention, the site temporarily stores an hourly, one-way identifier derived from your network address. The application does not store the raw address in its inquiry records.

Who can see it

Andrew can review and export inquiries in his private advisor workspace. Submissions are stored using the website hosting service. They are not displayed in a public directory.

Your contact permission

Permission applies only to the request and contact method you select. It does not authorize automated calls, texts, unrelated marketing, or sharing your details with referral partners. Keep the private request link shown after submission to withdraw permission. You may also ask Andrew to correct or delete your details when he responds.

Submitting does not purchase coverage, book an appointment, or create an application.
